Course Description
Suicide is the leading cause of death for Australians aged between 15 and 44, and about 200 Australians attempt suicide every day. Deaths by suicide in Australia occur three times more often among men than women. We are in the midst of an epidemic we don’t even know about. In this training, you will learn application of a suicide intervention model, the red flags when someone may be at risk, increase their immediate safety and link them with further help.
