Course Description
Attend industry leading training on LGBTQI and trans gender diverse inclusion. Our training covers topics such as gender diversity, intersex and sexuality, inclusive language and anti-discrimination laws with sessions that explore the challenges often faced by a diverse group of workers and provide awareness on the impact that a culture has on their lived experience. This training is about developing an understanding of being a part of LGBTQI, not changing your personal opinions.
To access Support Services for free, you must be:
- A financial ETU member (includes suspended up to six (6) months)
- An ETU member for more than three (3) months
- A family member (of an eligible ETU member) who fits the definition
- A member of a Victorian union
