Family Wills
We can assist you with a basic will by providing access to a lawyer from Gordon Legal for an initial consultation to assist you in setting up your will.
This service is free to ETU members and their families.

Program Description
Most people know how important it is to make a Will but many people cannot find the time to visit a lawyer or many worry that their situation may be too complicated.
Gordon Legal will provide a free standard Will for all members and their partners.
A standard Will is one that is prepared following an initial appointment of up to 1 hour and which provides for a straightforward estate distribution.
Eligibility – Support Services
To access Support Services for free, you must be:
- A financial ETU member (includes suspended up to six (6) months)
- An ETU member for more than three (3) months
- A family member (of an eligible ETU member) who fits the definition
