Preparation for Work Consultations

We can assist unemployed members in understanding the process of finding employment opportunities, how to demonstrate your skills and abilities to potential employers, and how to plan for the development of your career.

This training is free to unemployed ETU members.

Duration: 1 hour

Location: One-on-one meeting, either face to face, online, or phone.

Course Description

Our consultants will work with unemployed members to develop the skills required and help find, apply and secure a new job in the electrical industry. We can assist you in understanding the process, developing your resume and interview techniques.

Eligibility – Support Services

To access Support Services for free, you must be:

• Unemployed
• A financial ETU member (includes suspended up to six (6) months)
• An ETU member for more than three (3) months
