In this session, you will learn application of a suicide intervention model, the red flags to look out for when someone may be at risk, how to increase their immediate safety and link them with further help.

This session is delivered by trainers with lived experience of addiction and is about raising awareness and shifting attitudes about these substances. The training will equip you with the tools to address drug and alcohol issues and includes strategies to help friends, family members and colleagues who may be experiencing addiction or dependence.


This session provides an awareness of family violence and the impact of it on individuals and families. You will learn how to recognise if someone you know is experiencing family violence and how to offer your support or refer them to support services.
